Your Right to Data Deletion

At Eatly Menu, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile details
  • Business Data: All restaurants, branches, and menu items you've created
  • Media Files: All images and logos you've uploaded
  • Settings: All your preferences and configurations

How to Request Data Deletion

You can delete your data using one of the following methods:

Method 1: In-App Deletion

Open the Eatly Menu app → Go to Settings → Tap "Delete Account" → Confirm your request

Method 2: Email Request

Send an email to support@eatly.me with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your Eatly Menu account
  • Your business name (if applicable)

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.

Important Notes

  • Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
  • If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting deletion.
  • Some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes as required by law.
