Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create my first digital menu?

Download the Eatly Menu app from the App Store, create an account, and follow the onboarding steps. You can add your restaurant, branches, categories, and items in minutes — no coding required.

How do I share my menu with customers?

Once your menu is set up, you'll receive a unique eatly.me/your-slug link. You can share this link directly or display the QR code at your tables. Customers can scan it and browse your menu instantly — no app download needed.

Can I manage multiple branches?

Yes. Eatly Menu supports multi-branch management. You can add and manage all your branches from a single account in the app.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed via your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and select Eatly Menu to modify or cancel. For billing questions, email us at support@eatly.me.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the Eatly Menu login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account directly from App Settings → Delete Account, or by submitting a request to support@eatly.me. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. See our Data Deletion Guide for more details.

What data does Eatly Menu collect?

We collect account information (name, email), business data, usage data, and device identifiers to provide and improve our service. We also use third-party services such as Google Firebase and Meta SDK. You can read our full Privacy Policy for details.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Firebase Security Rules, and strict access controls to protect your data. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
